Born in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, Framond developed his skills as a professional architect and designer working on residential and corporate projects throughout the Malaysia / Singapore region. Consulting to large international corporations with his knowledge of architectural design, construction and project management, Framond is much more than an architect. This variety of experience along with his natural talent has led to a distinctive style that has earned him acclaim and respect.

Framond is passionate about architecture and project management and he brings that passion to every project in his practice. Framond has provided architectural design services projects throughout Malaysia and Singapore.

Callie teo - Art director and PRINCIPAL interior designer

Born in Pontian, Malaysia, principal designer Callie Teo developed her skills and reputation as a professional interior designer working on a large range of residential and corporate projects throughout Malaysia and Singapore. Her experience covers modern contemporary styles, as well as traditional chinese, malay and western styles. Callie's natural talent and passion for her chosen profession has made her a highly regarded and much sought after designer throughout the region.

Callie lives and breathes interior design and her love for her work is evident in every project she has worked on. She has an uncanny ability to quickly understand her client's needs resulting in work highly regarded by her peers.
